Mock Exam Summary ♥Lukas family was worried because the fog was very huge and he disappeared on his own. They were afraid that elephants may step him to death. Everybody searched and called out for Lukas until dark. Lukas’ brothers stood bewildered, in the quiet house. However, they could not find any traces of Lukas. When the fog started clearing, four of them started searching for Lukas. Two others made a big fire, hoping that Lukas will see the glow and come back. At daybreak, Koos went to tell the forester about Lukas. By midday, fourteen woodcutters were taking part in the search. During evening, the constable said that Lukas might be dead. The numbers of men searching were increasing everyday, as the news spread through the forest. On the eighth day, Martiens took upon himself, saying that Lukas was dead. Elias refused to admit it.
